What Dokimore is
A software quality platform for engineering teams. A browser flow is recorded once and runs as a regression test, a load profile, an OWASP security scan and a WCAG 2.2 accessibility audit. API testing covers REST, GraphQL, gRPC and SOAP. Locators heal with a person in the loop, smart test selection runs only what a change touches, and every confirmed security finding ships with the request and response that prove it.

Every capability named on this site is checked against the shipped product. Comparisons carry the date they were last reviewed. We publish no adoption figures, customer names or certification levels we cannot show.

How heal review worksScans only where ownership is proven
Active security tests run only against targets whose ownership has been proven by a DNS record, a token file, a meta tag, an email or an API callback. Exploitation steps need a signed authorisation, decided on the server.
Security testingIntelligence stays in your tenant
Test selection, healing proposals and failure analysis run on local open-source models inside the platform. Nothing is sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Meta, and no customer data is used to train any model.
Trust centreWe say what we have not done
We hold no SOC 2 report and no ISO 27001 certificate. Our own accessibility statement is partial conformance with the gaps named. Self-serve plans carry no uptime percentage until the audited history exists.

How we test Dokimore with DokimoreWhere we are, and where your data is
The company is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Customer data is hosted in Mumbai, India, in one region, on a dedicated server we operate; we do not use a content delivery network or a second region today. If your users are in the EEA, the UK or the United States, their personal data is processed in India: the privacy policy says so plainly, and the transfer instruments (EU Standard Contractual Clauses with a transfer impact assessment, the UK IDTA or Addendum, APPI terms for Japan) are signed with you at contract stage. Enterprise customers can run the platform on their own infrastructure with feature parity instead.
No EU or UK representative under Article 27 has been appointed yet. The trust centre keeps the current state of every such item.
Working with a small company
You get direct answers from the person who built the thing, a named individual responsible for your data, and response targets written down on the service levels page and in the vulnerability disclosure policy. You do not get a badge we have not earned: there is no SOC 2 report, no paid bug bounty and no uptime percentage on self-serve plans until the audited history exists. Enterprise agreements carry contractual commitments.
