The Team plan includes 16 seats (1 admin and 15 members) from day one. Inviting a teammate within that cap is instant, with role-based access control and tenant isolation already in place. Beyond 16, additional seats are $19/month each ($17 at volume); order them from your plan page and they activate when the payment is confirmed.
Every tenant's data is isolated with row-level security enforced in PostgreSQL. That protection applies from the first seat; it is not a provisioning step.

Solo Pro and Team include a 14-day free trial, and Enterprise evaluations run for 30 days. No credit card and no commitment. You get every feature of the plan you are trying, so you can evaluate it properly. The Free plan needs no trial: it stays free, within its monthly caps, for as long as you use it.
Your workspace moves to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged, because we never asked for a card. Features outside the Free plan stop until you choose a paid plan, and your recordings, results and settings are all still there when you do.
The Team plan is a flat $199/month for up to 16 seats (1 admin and 15 members), so adding teammates within that cap costs nothing extra. Beyond 16, each additional seat is $19/month, dropping to $17/month at volume (seats 17 to 40). From about 41 seats, Enterprise pricing usually works out better. Shared Database means your data sits in our managed multi-tenant PostgreSQL database, isolated per tenant by row-level security, on shared infrastructure hosted in Mumbai, India. A dedicated database instance on your own infrastructure, with full control of backups, is part of the Enterprise plan.
Yes. On-premise and air-gapped deployment is part of the Enterprise plan. We handle the installation, configuration and updates with your team. Your data, test results and vulnerability reports stay inside your network.

Upgrade whenever you need to. The unused days of your current paid period are credited against the new plan, so you only pay the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you never lose features you paid for mid-month.
