Where your data goes, and what covers it
Customer data is hosted in Mumbai, India. We sign the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914, Module Two) and provide our part of the written transfer impact assessment. Enterprise customers who need processing inside France or the EU can run the platform on their own infrastructure.

Prices are quoted in US dollars on every plan, before any tax your jurisdiction applies to imported software services. Self-serve plans are paid by card; Enterprise agreements are invoiced. TVA on business purchases of services from outside the EU is normally accounted for by the buyer under autoliquidation; confirm with your accountant.

Does the audit produce an RGAA audit?
It produces the findings an RGAA audit is built from. The RGAA 4.1.2 is a French method of 106 criteria based on WCAG 2.1; the audit evaluates WCAG 2.2 success criteria, which contain 2.1, so each finding maps to its RGAA criterion. The completed audit grid and the déclaration d’accessibilité are produced by you or an auditor from those findings.
Is the product available in French?
The product interface is, as one of its twenty-one languages. This marketing site’s French edition is planned and will be published under its own prefix only once a reviewer has approved the translation.
What covers the transfer of our data to India?
The EU Standard Contractual Clauses, Module Two, with a written transfer impact assessment to which we contribute our part on the Indian legal environment; the clauses and the addendum are in English, and the CNIL’s guidance on transfers applies to your own assessment. Enterprise customers who need processing inside France run the platform on their own infrastructure.
