What does it cost, and where is our data?

Flat pricing in USD and INR, no overage billing, data in Mumbai on servers we operate, and the processing addendum and service levels as public pages.

What this role is usually carrying

  • Five testing tools on five invoices, each priced per seat.
  • Procurement that stalls for weeks waiting for a DPA, a sub-processor list and an answer on data residency.
  • A vendor whose exit path is a rewrite.
  • Dashboards that report activity rather than release risk.

What changes

One subscription instead of a stack

UI recording, API testing, load testing, security scanning and accessibility auditing in one workspace, on one bill, with quotas the platform enforces rather than estimates.

Pricing and the metering table

Procurement documents already public

The processing addendum, the service levels, the sub-processors and the disclosure policy are dated pages. Security questionnaires are answered in writing within one business day.

Trust centre

No lock-in, by construction

Recordings export as Playwright, Selenium or Robot Framework code; API collections import from and export to open formats; load profiles export to k6, JMeter and Locust.

What exports

Release risk, not activity

Quality gates in your pipeline fail a build on confirmed findings, failed regressions, accessibility findings at a level you choose or a load-test regression; DORA metrics flow back to the tools you already use.

CI/CD integration

A pilot that costs nothing

The Free plan has no time limit and asks for no card; Solo Pro and Team carry a 14-day trial, Enterprise 30 days, every feature included.

Proof, not adjectives

What we are not for

Stated plainly

  • Self-serve plans carry no numeric uptime SLA; Enterprise agreements do. We would rather state that than print a number without the history to back it.
  • Checkout is a bank transfer against an invoice; there is no card payment today.
  • Workloads that require an EU-hosted region or a sovereign deployment, such as banking under DORA or public-sector contracts, are not served by the single Mumbai region; on-premise deployment is the route for them.

Questions buyers ask

What happens when we hit a quota?

Nothing is charged. Usage is visible on the Usage page at any time, quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle, and the only way to a higher limit is an upgrade you choose. There is no overage billing.

Can we get a signed DPA and SCCs?

Yes. The Data Processing Addendum applies by reference on every plan and is countersigned for Enterprise; transfer instruments for the UK, EU, Japan and other regimes are signed with you at contract stage. A signed copy on any plan is returned within five business days of the request.

What does leaving look like?

An export: recorded flows as code, API collections in open formats, load profiles as k6, JMeter or Locust files, and your account data through the self-service export. After the retention period in the Privacy Policy the data is deleted.
