Where your data goes, and what covers it
Customer data is hosted in Mumbai, India. We sign the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914, Module Two) and provide our part of the written transfer impact assessment. Enterprise customers who need processing inside the EU can run the platform on their own infrastructure.

Yes. The Besluit names WCAG 2.1 A and AA; the audit runs against WCAG 2.2, which contains 2.1, and reports at the level you select. The declaration itself, in the format the government prescribes, is written by you from those findings.
Is the product available in Dutch?
The product interface is, as one of its twenty-one languages. This page stays in English because Dutch B2B search for testing tools is largely in English; a Dutch edition of the site is possible once a reviewer is available.
What covers the transfer of our data to India?
The EU Standard Contractual Clauses, Module Two, with a written transfer impact assessment to which we contribute our part. Enterprise customers can run the platform on their own infrastructure instead.
