Where your data goes, and what covers it
Customer data is hosted in Mumbai, India. We sign the International Data Transfer Agreement, or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum, and complete the transfer risk assessment with you; the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 test applies from February 2026. No UK representative under Article 27 has been appointed yet, and the trust centre says so.

Prices are quoted in US dollars on every plan, before any tax your jurisdiction applies to imported software services. Self-serve plans are paid by card; Enterprise agreements are invoiced. If procurement needs a quotation with your tax identifiers, ask through the contact form (topic: billing). VAT on business purchases of services from outside the UK is normally accounted for by the buyer under the reverse charge; confirm with your finance team.

Yes. The regulations are monitored against WCAG 2.2 AA and the audit runs against WCAG 2.2 A, AA and AAA, so the findings map directly; nothing has to be back-translated from an older version.
Are you CREST accredited?
No. Dokimore is a tool you run against systems you own, not a testing-services company. If a contract requires a CREST-accredited penetration test, that is a human service; the scanner’s confirmed findings and evidence bundles reduce what the testers have to rediscover.
Where is our data and what covers the transfer?
In Mumbai, India, on a server we operate. The International Data Transfer Agreement, or the EU clauses with the UK Addendum, is signed with you, and we provide our part of the transfer risk assessment covering the Indian legal environment.
Is the site written for the UK?
