Customer data is hosted in Mumbai, India. We sign the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914, Module Two) and provide our part of the written transfer impact assessment. Enterprise customers who need processing inside Germany or the EU can run the platform on their own infrastructure with feature parity.

The BFSG requires in-scope services to meet the accessibility requirements, specified through EN 301 549 for websites and apps, which carries WCAG 2.1 AA. The audit runs against WCAG 2.2 and maps its findings to that standard, so the report is the evidence. Whether your service is in scope, and whether the micro-enterprise exemption applies, is a legal assessment on your side.
Is the product available in German?
The product interface is, as one of its twenty-one languages. This marketing site’s German edition is planned and will be published under its own prefix only once a reviewer has approved the translation.
